Monday, April 6
6pm - 7pm
This practice facilitates explorative movement to help you find what feels good in your body. Slow and gentle movements help build strength and enhance flexibility with continued practice. Great for beginners or anyone wanting to slow down their practice. No experience necessary.
Wednesday, April 15
7pm-8pm
This one-hour experience combines guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) with a soothing sound bath to support deep relaxation and nervous system restoration.
Simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the body and mind to settle into rest.
Because body temperature naturally drops during stillness and deep relaxation, we recommend dressing in warm layers, including socks. You’re welcome to bring personal comfort items such as a pillow, blanket, or eye mask.
Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins so we can start the practice together in a quiet, settled space.
Tues / Wed / Thurs
Noon - 12:30pm
Online April 7 - 30
Yoga Snacks are short, energizing yoga sessions designed to help you shake off mental fog, undo desk-dwelling, and reconnect with your body in the middle of your day. These 30 minute practices blend mindful movement, breath, and light strength to wake up the body without leaving you depleted. Expect enough movement to feel refreshed and focused — not exhausted — so you can return to your afternoon feeling clearer, steadier, and more alive. Please note replays are not available.
Sunday nights online
8pm on April 12, 19 & 26
45 minute practice
No class on Easter Sunday
Soft Landing is a gentle Sunday evening practice designed to help you transition out of the week and into rest.
This 45-minute online session combines slow, supportive movement, breath awareness, and guided rest to help your nervous system unwind and settle. Rather than pushing or performing, the focus is on softening — creating space to release accumulated tension and arrive more fully in the present moment.
You’re welcome to practice from wherever you are, with cameras on or off, using blankets, pillows, or any supports that help you feel comfortable. The pace is intentionally slow, allowing your body and mind to shift gradually toward calm.
Saturday, April 25
9:30am - noon
Stillness is often associated with rest, but not all slow practices create the same experience in the body or nervous system. In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore Yin and Restorative yoga side by side, helping you understand how each practice supports the body in different ways. Through guided practice, you’ll experience both approaches and learn how to choose the one that best meets your needs.
