Nervous System Reset II is a six-week deep dive designed to expand your capacity for calm, connection, and self-trust. You’ll move beyond foundational tools into embodied resilience—learning to stay grounded, recover faster, and live in partnership with your nervous system.

Prerequisite: Completion of Nervous System Reset I with Linda.  This prerequisite gives a firm foundation of NSR principles, allowing for continued growth.

Regain a sense of awareness and control over your body with this 7-class series.  

  

Regardless of age, muscles can become tight, inflexible, and stop us from living a full and exciting life.  In this series, you will learn a simple sequence of small movements that, when done regularly, can bring about more efficient, coordinated and pain free physical functioning.  


· Somatic exercise techniques emphasize the link between physical sensation and emotional and mental states.  Somatics uses the mind-body connection to help you survey your internal self and listen to signals from your body on pain, discomfort, or  imbalance. 


 This series also incorporates somatic practices to activate the body's relaxation response.  Most people carry a pattern of tension in their minds and bodies that drains their energy and prevents true relaxation and resilience. When our nervous system and mind can learn how to calm, our body can release tension and relax, and we can connect to our natural ability to heal. 


 Classes are accessible for every body type, and you are guided to find the postures, movements, and variations that are unique to YOUR body. It is ideal for anyone interested in reducing muscle aches and pains, and anyone interested in finding a more free and curious, relationship themselves. No experience is necessary.  


Class Schedule:

Thursdays in February at 7pm-8pm: 

2/6, 2/13, 2/20 & 2/27


AND Sundays in February at 3pm-4pm: 

2/9, 2/16, 2/23


Series Package includes 2 one-on-one coaching sessions via phone or video to set goals and follow up (this is optional).  Package also includes materials to support your at-home practice.


Pricing:  $150 per person or $250 per couple from the same household.
