Yoga requires you to change nothing about your body. As your practice grows, your relationship with your body will change for the better. This practice facilitates explorative movement to help you find what feels good in your body. Slow and gentle movements help build strength and enhance flexibility with continued practice. Great for beginners or anyone wanting to slow down their practice.
In the absence of strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional rest. Restorative yoga allows the body to release and deeply relax. When our nervous system and mind can learn how to calm, our body can release tension and relax. We can then connect to our natural ability to heal. Activate the body’s relaxation response to get in touch with the natural qualities of compassion and understanding of self and of others. Poses are experienced for 3 to10 minutes and require no muscular effort, as props support a relaxed stretch in the body.
Somatics are practices that use the mind-body connection to help you become aware of your internal sensations and signals from your body. We offer a variety of somatic practices including somatic exercise, breath work, body scan meditations, and more. Somatic movements release tension patterns & retrain muscle imbalances. This can lead to greater ease in our daily activities, improved emotional awareness, better posture and balance, and bring more awareness to causes of stress.
Science Of Stretching™ is a mat-based, targeted flexibility and mobility training method that helps students with stiff backs, locked up hips, and tight hamstrings. Classes deliver flexibility results quickly with continued practice. Poses are held from 2 to 5 minutes, helping to stretch and lengthen muscles and fascia while simultaneously teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. Tune in to your mind and the physical sensations in your body. Linda is a certified YogaBody trainer.

Benefits may include a reduction in stress, anxiety, and fatigue, improved sleep, boost of the immune system, and a replenished body and mind. Give your nervous system time to reset itself. Bring a blanket for comfort.
Join us on select Friday nights for a different type of ladies' night. We foster healthy connections in a non judgemental space during each Women's Circle. We begin with mingling and introductions over non-alcoholic beverages. Together, we explore the power of the present and each circle has a pre-set theme. The evening concludes in a group meditation. We welcome you to show up exactly as you are.
Research suggests that the simple act of laughing is a powerful form of medicine. Laughter yoga is an exercise program where anyone can laugh without relying on humor, jokes or comedies. Laughter yoga harnesses the innocence of childlike playfulness to bring amusement and enjoyment to adults. It increases the oxygen brought into the body and the brain, releases endorphins, and brings joy. What may begin as forced laughter transforms into pure entertainment.
Let’s work together to create the experience you have in mind. Class style, chair yoga, themes, workshops, events, celebrations, gifts for attendees, personal creations, etc. We can even travel to where you are.
